**A:** The Vac310 has a 16" seal bar so you can place two 8" pouches side by side as long at they are both in full contact with the seal bar. In the Vac310-1 bar machine, the distance from the seal bar to the back of the chamber is 14.5" which should accommodate a 16"x20" pouch. In the Vac310-2 bar machine, the distance between the two seal bars is 12.6" which should accommodate a 16"x16" pouch.

**A:** The Vac310 is equipped with a commercial grade, oil-lubricated, rotary-style vacuum pump capable of achieving vacuum levels exceeding 29.5″ Hg.

**A:** On the Vac310, you simply pull the back panel off to access any internal component. The JVR Vac100 and JVR Vac110 are the only units with the body hinging mechanism.

**A:** RETORT CAPABILITY simply means you are able to seal 1) Retort Pouches or 2) 7 mil Mylar Bags.

Typically we advise customers to snag what we call the retort bar assembly, but only two of our 7 units has this. The JVR Vac100 and JVR Vac110. These bars are specifically designed for this type of sealing.

Now to get back to the standard stock seal bar assembly. The JVR Vac100 and JVR Vac110 can seal these bags and pouches using the standard seal bar assembly, but it is not advised.

Now finally onto the JVR Vac310 (1 BAR): We do not sell a retort bar assembly for this unit, but the standard stock seal bar is capable. Since we do not have a retort bar assembly, we tell our customers to go for it and that it is capable.

You may be wondering why we may advise it on one unit, but not another. Simply put, the retort bar assemblies are able to project higher temperatures in a more concentrated fashion which yields longer life span for the process. So if a unit has a retort bar assembly, why deplete your unit's seal bar assembly's heat strip faster when you can save by using our retort bar? For the JVR Vac310 (1 BAR) there is not another option, hence why we advise for it.

**A:** 1. One year warranty covers everything but the wearables such as oil, filter, etc.
These units are quite self-serviceable. We have all the parts in stock as needed. If a part fails, we typically can diagnose same-day and ship same-day as diagnosis. We then send a video walkthrough on how to replace that part so simplify the process as much as possible.

2. Our units, like almost units in this price range, are made in China. What sets us apart? We have a house full of technicians who rigorously inspect each and every machine before shipping. We check for full vacuum draw, vacuum leaks, proper functionality, control panel operations, etc. We are also located in Lancaster, NY.
