RVS 3-Year Limited Warranty
Models Covered: RVS65, RVS100, RVS200, RVS300
Coverage
JVR Industries (“the Seller”) warrants that our 3‑phase RVS Series rotary vane, oil‑lubricated vacuum pumps listed above (“the Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the invoice date to the original purchaser. During the warranty period, the Seller may, at its discretion: repair the Product, replace defective components, or replace the Product with an equivalent model. Parts and labor are included; shipping and technician travel expenses are excluded.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty applies only when: the Product is installed and operated according to the Seller’s written recommendations; genuine OEM lubricants and OEM replacement parts are used; routine maintenance is properly performed and documented; the Product is used within published performance limits.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover: normal wear parts (oil filters, exhaust filters, vanes, seals, gaskets, and oil); failures caused by improper electrical installation, incorrect voltage, phase imbalance, or power irregularities; operation without adequate lubrication, contaminated oil, or non-approved lubricants; misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper storage; chemical attack, corrosion, or environmental exposure; damage due to ingestion of liquids, particulates, or foreign materials; operation outside published specifications; unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-OEM components; damage incurred during shipment.
Warranty Claim & Return Procedure
To initiate a claim: notify the Seller or an authorized distributor within 30 days of the defect being discovered; provide the model, serial number, installation date, and operating details; provide proof of purchase; obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Return Shipping Requirements:
All warranty returns must be shipped PREPAID to:

or to an approved Warranty Service Center.
The RMA number must appear on all shipping documentation. Any shipment received “Freight Collect” will be refused. Any cost incurred for disassembly and/or dismounting of the Product prior to shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller’s liability is limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the Product. The Seller is not responsible for production loss or downtime; lost revenue or profits; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
