Thanks for shopping at JVRinc.com. See the following for our Return & Refund Policy. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at JVR. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at JVR, you agree to the terms set forth below.

If there is something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 month to return the product to receive a refund. If you would like to return a product, you can do so by following the next guidelines:

-The package needs to come back with information regarding the receipt of the purchase.

 

Refunds

We at JVR are committed to serving our customers by offering the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you are happy with the purchase you made.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items will arrive undamaged during transit. Please note that JVR is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. If a package is damaged by a carrier, we will submit a refund via the carrier’s insurance policy. The customer is responsible to send images of the damaged box to ensure we receive the maximum refund on the product. Replacements will be sent once a refund is granted by the carrier for the damaged goods.

We will process your return as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money. Returns are only accepted within a 30-day window. If you are returning a product, you can expect a refund to be issued to the bank, card, or payment service that was used in the original payment 7-10 days after the product was received back by JVR Industries.

 

Returns

If the customer purchases the wrong or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible to ship the product back in order to receive a refund. If JVR supplied the wrong product, JVR Industries will assume responsibility for the shipping costs and restocking fees. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. If the customer is simply dissatisfied with the purchased product, the customer will then be responsible to ship the product back to JVR Industries and restocking fees.

 

Shipping

JVR is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipment has to be paid for by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping cost for the returned item/s.

 

Restocking Fees

In some cases, the customer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Faulty Products

If you received a product that is not working as expected, JVR will investigate the issue at hand. Once the investigation has finished, JVR Industries will either pay for shipping to have the product come back and send out replacement products or help support the faulty product with the customer over the phone and potentially send out a replacement part.

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our service and policies, unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be posted here. Then, if you continue to use our services you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.

 

Order Cancellation

If the order is canceled prior to shipment, JVR Industries will issue a refund in 7-14 days. If the customer wants to cancel after shipment, the customer is fully responsible to receive the product, ship the product back with insurance, and may be responsible for restocking fees. Once the product has arrived on our premises, the product will be evaluated. Once the product passes a full evaluation, which could take up to 30 days, the customer will be refunded 7-14 days after the evaluation. If the returned product arrives damaged, the customer will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier who delivered the product.

 

What if my product hasn’t arrived and is lost in transit?

JVR Industries will contact the carrier to open a full investigation. If the investigation has no findings, the carrier will refund JVR and we will send out a second product at no additional charge.
