Powerful Rotary Vane Oil Lubricated Vacuum Pump
At the heart of every vacuum sealer is the vacuum pAt the heart of every vacuum sealer is the vacuum pump. The Vac310 is equipped with a highly efficient 1.25 hp vacuum pump that outperforms most 1.5 hp vacuum pumps. Capable of removing 99% of the air in just 20 seconds, the Vac310 vacuum chamber sealer is built for speed and efficiency.
Transparent Acrylic Lid
The transparent acrylic lid on our unit serves two purposes. The primary function is to view the product during operations. Optimal viewing is critical when problems arise so that the customer can diagnose the issue more rapidly under our direction. The second purpose of the lid is to promote faster vacuum cycle times for lower-profile products. The 7″ maximum chamber height provides ample room for sealing high-profile products.
Extra-Wide Seal Integrity
The JVR Vac310 is equipped with a massive 10mm heat strip, otherwise known as seal wire. Typically speaking, vacuum chambers are paired with a dual 3mm heat strip in their seal bar assembly. JVR Industries wanted to reduce heat strip changeover times and grant extra insurance in the seal integrity.

**Great product**
This is a great product. Very smooth operating, quiet, the seal bar is much better than my vacmaster 215. I understand the customer service is great, but at this point I feel like I’m a long ways from needing service.
**So far, so good!**
Love the how to videos and customer support. One small issue I have the food product temperatures has to cooled off if your sealing food. It draws condensation in the chamber if cooled. It’s not a big issue, just a speed bump in the process.
**VAC110 Quality**
I am a retired experimental physicist, and know my way around building vacuum systems. I am impressed by the build quality of the VAC110, and it works GREAT. Yes it might be a few dollars more than some of its competitors, but I think of that as an investment in both its quality AND the impressive level of support for keeping the thing working for years. The closest competitor I found had reports claiming support from that competitor was a nightmare. I am completely happy.

I researched chamber vacs for some time. There are cheaper models out there, but I wanted a company that stands behind their products. JVR has great customer service and has a great product. I could not be any happier with this machine. It works just like the videos and information that you see out in the market.

So far it works great, fast shipping. The vac was dropped sometime during shipping with no visual damage on the shipping box. the rear cover was bent, not a problem I straightened it out. There was no damage to the unit itself just the rear cover. Overall, very happy with my purchase
