The best chamber vacuum sealer for home use with this small footprint! You won’t find another chamber vacuum sealer in the vacuum sealer industry with an ultra-modern, low-profile design that performs as well as it looks for only $899.00! The vacuum sealing process is now made easy. Learn more about what makes our Vac100 the best chamber vacuum sealer.
Equipped with a commercial grade, oil-lubricated, rotary-style vacuum pump capable of achieving vacuum seal levels exceeding 29.5″ Hg, capable of evacuating 99% of the air in a 40-second vacuum cycle. Handle a variety of food items with the 12.3″ seal bar. Reap the oil pump benefits of a longer life span, better vacuum draw, and overall less noise compared to dry vacuum pumps.
The unique, shatterproof, tempered glass lid allows the user to see inside the vacuum chamber and will not scratch and haze up over time like most acrylic lids. Tested in-house under heavy pressure! Even with the contour of the lid conforming to the flat surface under pressure, the lid returned to its original state without damage. This a true testament to the quality of this beautiful and unique lid for a chamber vacuum sealer.
The low profile design measures 8.3” with the lid closed, this provides a modern look to complement any kitchen while the 4.3” deep chamber still provides ample room to seal large items such as whole chickens and roasts. One of the only chamber vacuum sealers to be able to fit under almost every cupboard on the kitchen counter! No more need to create a dedicated space in the basement, garage, or elsewhere for your future industrial food sealer.

Food waste is estimated to be over $1800 per American household every year! That is right! Tired of throwing away your food with freezer burn? We are too! Totally eliminate freezer burn and optimize food storage with a our chamber vacuum packer vacuum sealer. Vacuum sealed food can make products last indefinitely in the freezer! Pulling out almost every ounce of air promotes not only longer storage life of foods but keeps the quality of the food intact without any major dehydration.
Even external edge vacuum sealers have been shown to not remove enough air to keep products safe from food degradation entirely.
Vacuum sealers and chamber vacuum sealers alike, change the atmospheric pressure inside the chamber thus affecting the boiling point. That is correct! You heard me right! Liquids boil even at low temperatures in a chamber vacuum sealer. What does this mean? Sealing liquids in “maintenance-free” vacuum sealers or chamber vacuum sealers can internally corrode the pump over time. On the other hand, an oil pump’s vacuuming process can separate the moisture content from the vacuum pump oil while simultaneously forcing it out of the exhaust to prevent internal corrosion and pump failure.
One of the most common vacuum bag sizes on a chamber vacuum sealer is 6″ x 10.” 6″ x 10″ VacPouch is perfect for sealing up a single pound of ground beef, venison, elk, bison, and so forth. Using the 12.3″ sealing bar on this commercial grade vacuum sealer makes an allowance for sealing multiple bags at one time! The ultimate commercial food saver unit.
Inside the chamber of the unit, you are able to fit 4 – 8 ounce (236ml) regular mouth Ball mason jars upright (as pictured). Sealing multiple mason jars at one time outpaces all external edge, suction vacuum sealers in the market today! Needing more space for those larger mason jars? No problem! Though this may not be a big vacuum sealer, there are other options like the external chamber or our JVR Vac110.
Inside the 3-gallon chamber accessory, you are able to fit 2 – 64 ounce (1/2 gallon) wide-mouth Ball mason jars upright. Additionally, you can fit up to 4 – 32 ounce (946 ml) regular mouth Ball mason jars upright in the external chamber accessory. Using the chamber accessory, our customers are able to vacuum seal the largest mason jar in any chamber vacuum sealer in this price range! Commercial capability is unlocked with this modern vacuum packaging unit

**A:** Yes, the flawed Vac100 unit comes with everything that would come with a regular Vac100 unit.
**A:** Yes the JVR Vac100 can! Simply use the SEAL ONLY method. Set vacuum cycle time to 5-6 seconds, use the desired seal/cool time for whatever pouch you are sealing and cooling

[FLAWED] JVR Vac100s come with everything including the warranty! These units are in perfect working condition as well. The flaw is purely aesthetic.
**A:** If you purchased this product, you would receive two FREE rectangle filler plates. You can buy additional plates. The unit takes a circular filler plate and 4 filler plates total. Hope this helps!

**JVR 100**
First the packaging was so well done. Mine was delivered during winter storms in our area and was delayed several days. I had real concerns that it might be damaged. This thing was packaged so professionally I was really impressed. Mine was sold as flawed, to be honest I haven’t found anything wrong with it. It works great. I’m really impressed.
**Would buy again**
I purchased this model after many days of research between this and the JVR 110 and the VP215.
The biggest plus to JVR as a company, aside from having English-speaking Americans answering the phones and *gasp* having the same person answer the phone an hour after your first call, is that all the parts are replaceable, should you need to. I can’t say that about Vacmaster as they only have a few parts available.
Another big plus is that the JVR machines hinge open, making maintenace very easy. As someone who has used the same server tower for the past 24 years, I appreciate ease in servicing my machines.
Now that it’s clear that JVR is a superior company, I was down to deciding between the JVR100 and the 110.
+JVR100 has an accessory port. The JVR110 does not. This was really the deciding factor in which one to purchase, more than anything else. While I do A LOT of vacuum sealing, I also valued the use of the stainless steel vac canisters (a 3-set is available for purchase) and the 3 gallon stainless steel pot (available for purchase) as it makes marination of proteins an exceedingly quick process (think ten minutes rather than hours). I purchased the canisters and the pot, foreseeing immediate use. Indeed. They are invaluable accessories. Highly recommend. I wish they had larger canisters, like 1 gallon size, for flour/oats/etc.
+JVR100 has a 12″ seal bar, making sealing (2) 6″ wide bags at a time a possibility. What I did not know is that loading messy foods into 6″ wide bags is taxing to my patience and I prefer the 8×12 quart size bags. In retrospect, the seal bar length should not have mattered so much as 11×13 is just as useful as 12×12. The JVR110 has a shorter seal bar but slightly deeper and taller chamber.
=The JVR100 indeed takes longer to evacuate the chamber of air than the JVR110, having a slightly smaller motor, but if you’re watching the meter, as soon as it maxes out, you can skip to sealing. One can also use the fill plates to reduce the amount of time it takes to take all the air out. One thing I really wish JVR had available was a triangular fill plate/ramp for bags containing soup to rest on. Another option would be a ‘splash guard’ of some nature to prevent flour from dusting the seal area within the bag while placing it. On that note, always get a larger bag than you need for messy items XD
The JVR100 has a slightly wider footprint than the JVR110, however, it does look pretty sharp on the countertop and everyone who has seen it has been interested in seeing how it works.
+Another plus for the JVR100 over the JVR110 is that the JVR100 has presets…so if you want a preset for vacuum sealing loads of flour at 4-6 seconds, and another setting for marination, you can do that and not have to dial in your settings each time.
+Yet another plus is that the JVR100 has an oil cleaning mode; it removes moisture from the oil, important if you live in a humid area or are vacuum sealing liquids/moist products. This will extend the life of your oil.
Overall, this machine has a short learning curve and I would buy it again, even as a flawed unit, which by the way, I could not find any noticeable flaws.
**JVR Vac100**
My regular weston vacuum sealer quit working recently. I started looking for a replacement and landed on this unit. My diet is entirely animal based and I purchase meat in bulk, mostly. I have used this to quickly and efficiently seal, sous vide , then eat or freeze for later. The jvc works awesome, parts easily sourced if needed, and the customer service is attentive and timely. I believe this is the best in class chamber vacuum available.
**Flawed, but seems to look and operate perfectly**
I’ve been wanting the Vac100 for quite a while, but it was just out of reach for my budget. When JVR offered some of their flawed products, I decided to take advantage of the big price discount. It arrive a week ago, very well packaged. Which was fortunate, because FedEx really beat up the box in transit. After unboxing, setting up and filing with oil, I looked it over carefully and couldn’t really see why it would be considered flawed. I’ve vacuumed sealed several packages over the past week using my old FoodSavor bags and the included JVR bags. Both worked great. I’ve used a FoodSavor for years and they work fine, but wow, the difference and ease of use of this chamber vac was tremendous. As far as I can tell, the “flawed” Vac100 I received seems to work perfectly. Time will tell if this is the case over time, but I know JVR has excellent customer service and I’m confident they will address any issues should any surface. The JVR Vac100 is an excellent product and I can recommend it whether it’s one of their “flawed” products or not.
**The best chamber vac avaiable.**
This was a flawed Chamber vac that we still have not been able to find any flaw on. This works exactly as we expected, and it is the second JVR chamber vac I’ve purchased. I cannot think of any reason that I would purchase any machine of this type from any other company. I purchased a 110 previously and now I bought a 100 for my brother. Both machines work perfectly, and I am certain that several of my friends and family members will also purchase one.
