What is the Seal Stamp Kit?
Picture this. You are vacuum packaging your fish catch for the day. It’s one job to vacuum package, but it’s another job to take time and mark the date on every pouch using a sharpie especially when it is bound to wipe off once placed in the freezer. Even though chamber sealers incomparably increase the shelf life of any product, whether liquid products or dry foods, I think we can all agree that utilizing the FIFO rule is still necessary. This way the older packages aren’t accidently abandoned and go bad from freezer burn.
JVR Industries provides the seal stamp kit to solve this conundrum! It’s a kit consisting of individual letters and numbers. Simply rearrange the characters in any way you need and insert them into the cavities of the seal cushion strip. Then, during the heat seal process, the arrangement will stamp along the pouch seal.
Stamp the date or name of the product right on the pouch during the vacuum seal process. It’s as simple as plug-and-play using the opposing side of the seal cushion strip without adding any extra time.

Applying the Seal Stamp Kit
It’s so easy you won’t believe it!
- Lift the lid of your unit and locate the seal cushion strip.
- Pry it from its channel and flip it so the cavities face downwards.
- Reinsert the seal cushion strip back into the channel so that the cavities will make contact with the pouch. Watch how to properly install here.
- Insert your chosen stamps from left to right.
- Proceed with your vacuum packaging for neatly labeled packages!
Zipper Pouches
Not only do these work with vacuum pouches, but also with our convenient, easy-to-peel zipper pouches.
What are zipper pouches? These are an alternative vacuum bag option that works the same way as chamber pouches by removing air through the open edge. The difference is, that the open end is at the bottom while the top is equipped with a zip seal and a laminated tear notch to open at your convenience. This way combines the accessibility of a Ziploc bag or container and the food storage effectiveness of a normal vacuum pouch.
Zipper pouches are a convenient option for snacks or dry goods like jerky sticks, trail mixes, or potato chips. And with the stamp kit for labeling – your vacuum packaging process will be set for top-notch organizational levels, convenient storage, and safety standards!

All VacSeries units are compatible with a set of additional accessories that bring a level of convenience to your vacuum packaging process.
