A secondary use of a HDPE filler plate is to elevate your product. This saves you from purchasing longer, more expensive bags when packaging shorter packages. Additionally, shorter packages without a high density polyethylene plate will fall out of your bags clips on your seal bar assembly risking a faulty seal. Adding a filler plate will elevate shorter packages in line with the seal bar and ensure perfect seals with stable conditions to save money while simultaneously expediting the packaging process!
