Replacement Vac100 seal bar tape replacement for your unit. Seal bar tape measures in at 12.3 inches in length. Our tape provides a protective barrier between the heat strip and the chamber vacuum pouch. Without the seal bar tape, your pouch would simply melt and stick to the heat strip. The non-stick surface of the bar tape provides optimal release after the cooling cycle on your chamber vacuum pouch.
Over time the seal bar tape becomes less and less resistant to chamber vacuum pouches. Eventually this will lead to the pouches sticking to the tape instead of releasing easily. Alternatively the seal bar tape can become burnt which will also lead to the pouches not releasing properly from the tape. Once the seal bar tape reaches this point of degradation, we suggest that you replace your seal bar tape on your assembly.
