Promarks Lid Gasket

We carry the OEM Promarks Lid Gasket in house! Lid chamber gaskets provide optimal seal between the lid and the perimeter of the chamber.
Promarks Lid Gasket slowly degrades over time, due to the draw of the vacuum and constantly putting pressure on it. Eventually the gasket will shred and deform from the constant pressure causing small vacuum leaks. Shredding does not mean you have a leak. It merely means you could potentially have a leak. Eventually you will see your pouches not having all the air removed even though your operations have not changed. This is a good indicator that your unit has a leak and could potentially mean you need to replace the Lid Gasket.
Keep in mind that this is only one variable that could be leading to a vacuum leak. Seal bar lift pistons could be leaking as well as any hose underneath the chamber. Please feel free to call us if you need help in a diagnosis of your machine’s issues.
