REDUCE DUST AND OTHER PARTICLES FROM ENTERING YOUR VACUUM PUMP

Designed to prevent dust and particulate matter from entering or exiting your system and contaminating the vacuum pump components. Buy a superior pump such as oil lubricated to achieve quality filtration. (NOTE: ALL JVR VacSeries models contain a rotary vane oil-lubricated vacuum pump) Vacuum pump exhaust filters ensure that your rotary vane oil-lubricated vacuum pump expels clean air. Oil mist production is filtrated during operation which catches and removes it before the air is expelled through the exhaust. Recycling is now made easy as oil particles rejoin and are reused by the vacuum pump.

NORMAL OPERATIONS OF AN OIL-LUBRICATED VACUUM PUMP EXHAUST FILTER

During typical operation, oil vacuum pumps produce a small oil mist which stays suspended in the atmosphere. Stop small particles of oil from being expelled from the vacuum pump and encourage recycling. Layer upon layer of premium filtration material secure the oil mist when it comes through the oil filter. Filtering is a medium that combines powerful performance and superior separation levels.

THE VACUUM PUMP EXHAUST FILTER DOES COME WITH AN O-RING.

**Q:** Will your exhaust filter thread into the pump housing on a Robinair VacuMaster 15310? Wayne Petrini asked on August 5, 2023

**A:** Our vacuum pump exhaust filters do not thread necessarily. There is a channel down the filter's center where a screw can be run through to fasten it down. Regarding fitting other manufacturers' units, we do not have this information.

**Q:** How often does the exhaust filter need to be change? Larnie Staton asked on March 31, 2022

**A:** Typically every 2 years but this heavily depends on the amount of usage. However, if you notice smoke or an oil smell coming from the exhaust on your vacuum pump then this would be an indication that the filter needs to be replaced.
