Thankfully, pulse sealer maintenance is extremely simple with only a few parts that will need occasional replacement. Let’s go over how to replace the seal tape strip to keep your convenient sealing unit up and running in no time to produce optimal results!
Tools Needed
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
Seal Heat Strip (P08-02, P12-02, P16-02)
Precautionary Steps
Make sure your pulse heat sealer is on a stable, flat surface (table, countertop, etc.).
Power off your unit and disconnect from the power supply.
Steps to Replace Seal Tape Strip
Expect the replacement process to take only 5 minutes of your time!
1. Open the pulse sealer arm fully.
2. Use #2 Phillips to loosen the 4 screws that secure the bracket holding the seal tape in place (2 on each side).
3. Slide the tape strip out towards the seal time adjuster.
4. Guide the new tape strip into place under the brackets.
5. Secure one set of screws to hold one bracket.
6. Confirm the tape strip is centrally aligned.
7. Secure the opposing bracket by tightening the second pair of screws.
8. Close arm.
