New Update on the VacSeries Outlet

Spoiler alert – it’s in your favor! In the past, JVR Industries has held a bi-annual outlet sale in which any scratch/dent machines or accessories were available at a discount. Although these are popular and well worth it, we have decided on an alternative. Read below for details.
New to the Concept of the VacSeries Outlet Sale?
In short, JVR Industries would hold an Outlet Sale twice a year in which we would place our VacSeries products with minor cosmetic flaws on our website at a discount. Items would include VacSeries chamber vacuum sealers, covers, stainless steel carts, and the chamber accessories (3-gallon).
For a more extensive explanation: Our units and accessories are manufactured in China according to our specifications that we have carefully thought out with over 50 years of vacuum packaging experience backing us up. These units ship to us, and our specialists perform a thorough inspection from top to bottom, making sure that these units function exactly as they should.
Occasionally, some units will get minor cosmetic blemishes during shipping. During inspection, these blemishes are categorized into either FLAWED or SCRATCH & DENT depending on the severity of cosmetic damage. The discount would depend on the unit categorization and would be put on sale for a set date.
Common Questions We Receive from Customers
Do these units function properly?
Whether a unit or an accessory, these products function optimally the same as an unflawed unit! The inspection protocol is the same for every unit that is shipped to us. The discount is simply due to a blemish on the external body of the unit, and no internal damage is present that will cause a malfunctioning unit.
What is the difference between FLAWED and SCRATCH/DENT units?
A FLAWED unit or accessory implies an extremely minor blemish on the external body. Many customers call after receiving the unit to exclaim that they can’t even find the blemish.
On the other hand, a SCRATCH/DENT unit contains a slightly more identifiable scratch or dent on the external body of the unit.
The New Alternative
The VacSeries outlet will now be open year-round! We are no longer running bi-annual sales. We made this decision in the hopes that this system will be convenient for our customers.
From now on, here’s how this goes. We receive a shipment of VacSeries products to our warehouse. Our specialists inspect every unit and set aside any categorized as FLAWED or SCRATCH & DENT. As soon as the product is available in-house, we will list it on our website. Everything will be available in a first-come, first-served manner, the same as any other product we have in stock!
