**Q:** Ok, so I guess the Vac100 does not have the filter from the factory? This is a new added option that could help keep debris away from the pump? ThanksRyan Konecny asked on September 2, 2025
**A:** Correct. The Vac100 has an oil exhaust filter but anything taken in during the vacuum process gets absorbed into the oil in the pump and flushed out during an oil change. Adding the inline filter is an extra layer of protection to catch particulate matter such as powders before they reach the oil.
Introducing the inline vacuum filter for the JVR Vac100 and Vac110! Prevent substances like flour from entering into your vacuum pump. This preventative tool is an easy plug and play replacement part. Replace the filter as they become polluted (part # 100-92F). We recommend they be inspected monthly.
