Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy perks! We guarantee same day shipping on all internet orders of in-stock items received by 3:00 p.m. EST. VacSeries units have different shipping expectations. Please see the individual product page for estimated shipping times. Next business day shipping on the VacSeries can only be honored if the order is placed before 4 pm EST. If the order is placed after, please allow another business day for processing. Plus, we have some of the lowest FREE FREIGHT order minimums of anyone in the industry.
Same Day Shipping
JVR offers same-day shipping for all in-stock standard items for all orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST. Please contact us to check availability for items labeled as “limited stock”.
$300 Orders SHIP FREE Anywhere in the Northeast U.S.
All orders placed online over $300 (applies to both parts and supplies) for Zone 1 will receive FREE shipping. Free shipping is available for all Zones with additional limits.
Returns
JVR accepts returns on all unopened products at the customer’s shipping cost with the exception of parts under our Part Compatibility guarantee. See the Parts section for further information.
Alaska/Hawaii & Canada Shipments
If you reside in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please feel free to ship your order to a freight forwarder in the lower 48 states of the US. You can then set your billing address for Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii. Alaska/Hawaii & Canada shipments are unavailable online. Please contact our office for shipping rates.
